Costing for pool installation

We would like to install a pool and have the area landscaped. Ideally we would like a concrete or fibre glass pool depending on affordability. Pool size 7m x 3.5m 35,000litres. There are no pipes running through the area but on the LIM it states that the ground is made up of 'fill' so there could be potential additional costs/issues
