Pool tile repairs

Job 1. The tiled box where the fountain comes from beside our pool has suspected rotten wood underneath as it is sagging and soft to the touch. It needs the tiles removed and probably the box wood (at least the top) replaced. Job 2. Some of the large tiles around the edge of the pool are coming loose and they need to be refixed.
