Assess residential property

Hi, I am planning to reinstate an internal stairwell in my residential property in Parahaki. The stair well was part of the original build but was removed as part of a lower ground floor conversion. I plan to reinstate the stair well but want to ensure that the current structure is adequate to support the new stairs before I proceed. The opening will be accessible as the original space is still available. I also have 3 x internal walls which I am planning to remove so would like to get these checked at the same time.
