Hi. Looking for a quote for a soil report for Lot 1, DP --- in Kamo Whangarei. Property located in Pipiwai Road, Kamo around (160 Pipiwai Road, Kamo). Currently awaiting a street number from Whangarei District Council. Land now zone residential zone 3 or 5. Minimum land size for residential is 2000 square meters. Need storm water, and waste water design, need soil stability and foundations. Have decided to use screw piles for foundation. Thanks.
