I would like a quote to subdivide my land in Whangarei located at the above address into four lots. The property has had a recent zone change from country rural to residential 3 (I think) which I understand that the lots must be at least 2000 square meters minimum. It is my intention to subdivide out three lots and to keep the remaining lot (residual) which may not qualify for further subdivision because it will be less than the 2000 square minimum. I would like a quote for the following:

1: A survey paper plan of the subdivision boundaries of the four lots concept plan then draft plan,
2: Easements for the lots that need easements in terms of driveways, two easements possibly three for access to the lots
3. On site pegging once paper plan is acceptable and ready for lodging to LINZ
4. Power and water easements for the lots created
