Geotech Report

We are in a process of purchasing the property at 68 Brookview Heights, Waipu (4.3 ha) and need a geotech report done. What we would like to do ideally, is at first to build a rental property at the bottom of the land. Once we are ready to more there and retire, we would like to build our retirement house at the top of the property, at as high ground as possible, to make the best of the sea view. At the moment there is a levelled platform for a potential house site, however we would like to go a bit higher if we can as having a better sea view is really important for us. We would also like to know where the best building sites are.
