We would like to put in an amendment which requires further engineering that our current engineer is unable to do in our required time frame. Currently awaiting a street number from Whangarei District Council. Land now zone residential zone 3 or 5. Minimum land size for residential is 2000 square meters. Need storm water, and waste water design, need soil stability and foundations. Have decided to use screw piles for foundation. Thanks.

Posted 4 years agoI own a property in one tree point Whangarei zoned living one, the section is large enough to subdivide into two separate sections. We have placed a two bed flat/unit on the back and also have a three bedroom house in front. The unit is fully contained connected to Mains water and septic own power and phone connections etc The only thing we haven't done is survey and subdivide, we do have some plans not sure if they are what is needed.
