We are building a large family home and as part of our finance, the bank has put in QS report for every drawdown condition. Here is the clause: A Quantity Surveyor (QS) report is required prior to construction being undertaken. A QS Inspection Report is required prior to each progress drawdown. The build is expected to start in mid - late Aug and probably run till March-April 2022. The builder is happy to provide QS report for the project but he can't provide the report for every drawdown.
