Kitchen and Skylights

Hello all. We are looking to take a wall out in our home to allow for a larger Kitchen. I would like someone to come and look at whether we need consent for this to happen as its not load bearing, but may be a bracing element. We also wish to put two skylights in and would like someone to help us with this also, the two elements are linked to the same larger job so could affect each other. Cheers
