Earthworks Management Plan review for council

Review needed to be completed after being let down by our existing Geotech Engineer. We have completed the plan and need it reviewed by a Geotech Engineer before we can start. We have completed plans before and had them signed off but have been waiting 3.5 months and can't wait any longer. This is a staged subdivision so would like to start a relationship with someone that can continue into the future. Photo of first 2 houses that have been completed now. We have the original geotech report and the plan to be reviewed and would meet someone on site asap. Thanks in advance.
