We would like an engineer to give us an idea of the scale of work we are thinking of doing and if it is financially feasible. There is some subsidence that needs addressing and we would also like to potentially fill a large hole and dig under our house to create another room. Happy to pay but want to engage engineer before an architect as work may just not be worth it. Need experienced person with good track record.
