Urgently need a Geotech assessment / advice

Looking for someone to assess a section of land that we have placed an offer on. We have only 10 days before we go unconditional and need to do our due diligence. Even if we don't have a full geo-tech report done, we would like advice and expert eyes! There is an unconsented tiny house on the section. The section is in Karekare.
