Geotech Engineer and Report Required

We need someone to carry out an investigation in New Lynn. We are doing DD on a property that already has a recourse consent and building consent. The issue is the report that the consents are based on is very light ie one shallow bore hole. The construction area is 450m2 and is in a floodplain we hope to redesign and provide a better solution. Our Engineer requires a more thorough investigation to allow him to plan for a new proposal. For us Settlement is in 30 days so we need a consultant that is able to investigate and report back within 10 days or sooner. Please let me know if is something you can achieve. Regards Brett Shorcom
