Storage fire wall

Hi everyone im having a problem with council. Please read below what i been requested by council and let me know , how much will be the cost to come check and let me know what i should do if it isnt properly done and check after , give report so i can deliver concil. ( the wall is around 5 meters long and 2 meters high ) *council letter below* In the case of this property, it appears the areas shown as Carport 1 and Carport 2 on the original survey plan have been enclosed for storage purposes and expanded beyond the original footprint of the carports along the proposed cross lease boundary. Having reviewed the property file and the application material, I have been unable to establish whether these areas have been appropriately fire rated and as such Council has reasonable grounds to consider that the building may not conform to the current building code requirements. Please provide confirmation of the buildings for both Area 1 and Area 2 as shown on the proposed survey plan being appropriately fire rated.
