Engineering design for renovations
Job description
Engineer required to create designs for renovations to the house, including: 1. Removal of timber wall on the ground floor, and a new beam required to support the mezzanine floor. 2. New timber balustrades (designer type). 3. New walls required in the upstairs/mezzanine. 4. Re-brace the house on upper level. Concept plans attached. Work required asap so that we can submit for building consent.

Teo did a great job with the engineering work required for our renovation plans! Communication was always on time, and did the job even quicker than quoted. Could not recommend him highly enough, and would certainly use him again in the future, or as our engineer when renovations begin.
