We need a quantity surveyor report for the bank for the final works to our house. We started a renovation/extension back in early 2014, part 2 of building started early this year and due to invoice blowouts from our builder our bank is requiring a quantity surveyor report to ensure what the builder has quoted this time is accurate in order to loan us the additional money. Not sure if this is information that is required but, all that is left to do are finishing timbers throughout the extension and most of the old house, gib, plaster and paint for the kitchen/dining, front and back porch stairs/ramp, porch roof, and a few other small things to get council sign off. We are keen on someone to come as soon as possible for the best price.
