2 Lot Subdivision Survey

I've already had a Topo survey done and have received a quote for the following work to be done which I'd like to put out to the market: 1. Land Transfer Survey & Title Plan (LT Work) 2. Section 223 Certification 3. Setout – Drainage and House 4. As-Built Survey – Public Drainage (SW & WW) 5. Siting Certificate 6. Height in Relation to Boundary (HIRTB) Report The scope of the project is we are doing a simple two lot subdivision and having a relocatable house being landed on the back section. The resource consent is approved and we are about to submit building consent. The house will be transported to site Oct/Nov so the survey works will be required around that timeframe. Cheers, Nick
