I'm looking for a pragmatic structural engineer to assess a 1930's californian bungalow for relocation from Christchurch to Oxford and to work closely with my architect as they do the consent submissions to Waimak council. (house is currently in one piece sitting in the removalist's yard). Its had everything Christchurch has thrown at it for nearly a century and is still looking like a fine old girl so want to avoid unnecessary over-engineering.
