Hi. I have 2 sections in Heather ave meremere which i will subdivide into 3. First thing is to peg out the boundaries & sort the building sites for the 2 main road front houses so we can start excavations, permits & building while waiting for the third rear section to have consent for subdividing. I have attached some info & can email you more later. On the title photo it is section 194 number 12 & 2 is number 10. Will the dirt need removing on number 12 for you to survey.
