Structural Engineer 62 Ocean Road, Surfdale

We’re looking for a quote for providing a foundation design for our new build on Waiheke Island (RFI note from Council: And as the subsoil is outside criteria of “Good Ground” given in --- , please have a structural engineer carry out the foundation design with calculation, PS1 and CoDW.). And also provide calculation to review the proposed 180 x 180mm timber post supporting roof beam on our plan. (RFI note from Council: As it is more than 3.0m in height, which makes it fall outside scope of --- and requires specific engineering design. A PS1 and CoDW shall be provided to cover the design work.) If you could provide a quote for the work and likely timeframe for completing the work that would be much appreciated. I’ve attached copies of the pages from the designs for reference.
