In need of a Geotech survey for a new build on Waiheke Island for our building consent application. Extract from Council RFI: Geotechnical Issues 2. according to council GeoMaps, the proposed development is on a site subject to high risk in landslide susceptibility and moderate hazard in rained induced landslide susceptibility, therefore, a Geotech Report is required to investigate the soil condition and to provide recommendations for the proposed foundation. If the Geotech Report confirms that the soil on site falls outside scope of --- , the foundation needs to be specific engineering designed by a chartered structural engineer with calculation, PS1 and CoDW. Further assessment to the proposed concrete slab and pile foundation will be carried out once a Geotech Report is presented. Please provide a quote for providing a geotechnical report. Could you also confirm when you would be available to visit the site? And a timeline for completing the work.
