SED Retaining wall

We require a new retaining to be engineered to support the wall shown in the attached image. A new residential dwelling is being built below the existing wall and the new level in cut will undercut the wall by 1m. The new wall will need to be designed to support the existing wall plus the surcharge of vehicle parking at 1 end . The total height of the wall out of the ground will be about 1.95m
