Job description
Geotech report Rotorua I'm wanting to resite a 70sq m house to a rotorua section and need a geotech report. The section 16 meadowbank crescent is outside of the soft soil zone

A geotech and plans job for relocatable house. On feb 15 Mark said it would take about three weeks. I spent the next four months hearing it was almost done. The job went way over time and caused stress. Plans were not completed until mid June. When the house went on site there was an error with subfloor design. Mark hadn't allowed for the obvious slope of the section. I waited three weeks for him to correct plans. I ended up paying someone else.

"If Dave in fact looked at the plans as with the piling crew, the house platform was to be leveled - check sheet 6A. That detail is in there because you said the section would be leveled
This was a full geotech report, full set or house drawings, stormwater soak pit design and full foundation design for $1150.00
You cannot even get a Geotech report for that..........
David was warned this work is part time, not my fulltime job......that was when you were around my house and we feed you."
