We need a Quantity Surveyor to undertake cost to complete calculations for our project starting January 2018. The project will be 6 - 7 months in duration and we will require fortnightly reports to our financiers.

James did not complete the job and his quote doubled. Could not meet the time frame committed and quit without notice. Work completed was not made available so got nothing for our $14k and put us months behind schedule.

"This statement is not correct in all respects. The work I quoted for could not be completed as this development company could not come to an agreement on cost with their nominated Main contractor and Civil Contractor. The Main Contractor who pulled out due to the developer clipping his margins to suit their unrealistic budget, making it not worth his effort. The time frame was extended due to redesign and the inability of the developer to secure Resource and Building Consent."
