Topographical survey for 3 Riverhaven Dr, Wade Heads

Topographic survey required for a building platform on a mixture of flat, and sloping ground. The overall section is on a hillslope, divided by two disinct gently sloping terraces separated by steep slopes of typically between 20 and 30 degrees. The slopes are mostly covered with dense scrub and trees, but the terrace areas (building platform) is grassed. Section size is 5000m2, proposed building area, including garage is 180m2, on a foundation of piles for the house, and concrete pad for the garage. Note, red line in the floor plan is relatively flat, with upward and downward slope to the north and south of the red.
