the garage had been extended by about 1 metre and was so when we bought it in 2006. I was able to purchase it with bank approval then but now banks require the flats plan to resemble the certificate of title description or we get the description changed to match the here and now. We quotes to have that extension approved by council and also to lodge new flats plan with land registrar OR to have the costs of removing the extra metre and thereby returning the flats plan to its original costed.
