We have purchased a spa pool and need a structural engineer to advise if it will be safe to place it on our elevated deck. The spa dealer is of course very reassuring, but I need to ensure that my kids and I will be safe. We are in the Dairy Flat/Albany Heights area. We purchased the home just over a year ago so I still have things like the property file and home inspection report.
