scalar penetrometer test - not for council - porirua

hi I would like a scalar penetrometer test done of the my back-yard - this is for peace of mind, and is not for any council required building consent application (which has already been issued). The ground is around 700sqm, almost flat, in Cannons Creek; the soil appears to be clay, with around 30cm of topsoil/loosefill on top of it. I would primarily like to know if there are any reasons for concern around the ground quality. I would like this done as soon as possible.
