New build on rear section. Pncc require engineer to be satisfied with existing sewer from front house passing under new build. I have surveyed existing sewer and have this available for you. I have new build plans with pile locations available for you. At closest, around 1m is distance from pile to existing sewer. Pncc for building consent need to be satisfied that new piles won't damage existing sewer. Hoping a desktop assessment and letter is all that is required.
