Oparau pre-purchase

Hi I am potentially wanting a pre-purchase report on a site on Kawhia Road Oparau. The site has some reasonably steep bits and we would like to have our house site at the top of the site. The site details are Lot 2 DPS --- Kawhia Road (SH31). Can you please let me know how much this costs.
