Survey Northern Boundary of Residential Section

What Council Have Requested from Surveyor: We need to specify "the distance from the edge of the fire wall to the boundary" Draughtsman says we are right on the boundary so we will need a survey done. (refer attached images). So we need someone who can -Specify how far the firewall wil be from the actual boundary -Put in some pegs / markers on that part of the section. Ideally we dont want to survey the whole section (as assume that is a larger cost). So ideally surveying the area in question and whatever overflow is needed
