Job description
We have the boundary survey from two of the four sides of the property but would like a complete survey of the other two. The area of the property is 1000m2. Please contact me with a quote.

The actual survey was done as scheduled. Surveyor was pleasant and professional. No peg was placed on boundary outside of current fence. The diagram I expressly asked for as the main required outcome of this survey turned out to be a hand drawn not to scale sketch on letterhead paper. When queried, the original sketch which was extremely basic was redrawn but still by hand and still not to scale. We declined the offer for a to-scale but still hand drawn version for an extra $250.

"Affirm that the diagrams were provided as allowed for in our quote, presenting all related information.
The diagram expressly asked for, was post fieldwork completion, and was a scaled plan. Hence our quote for an extra $250 for the scaled plan (not hand drawn)."
