Looking for either a draftsman or engineer to help us design and plan for the removal of an internal wall (most likely load bearing). The wall is on the ground floor of a double story house. The wall existing between the Kitchen/Dining and the Living room. The Photos and floorplan highlight the section of wall we'd like to remove.
