Home renovation

We currently own a house on piles, which is raised quite high off the ground and are looking to add a downstairs area. Garage, bedroom, bathroom etc. So would mean, removing braces, Adding retaining walls. I’m a licensed builder by trade and need it to be looked at, so I can start the consent process
