To look into the deffect on the building -

Need to look into the defect in the building at 10/31 Byron Avenue, Takapuna, North Shore "We are looking to perform Cladding repaired to the same design as on building- Work involves paper membrane, weatherboards and new scribers tied into existing - Ready so plastering and paint. Also will require work from plumber and chorus to re-run tap and wires. Fireline repair - two 13mm sheets - Area cut open and two new sheed installed as to gib fire book. Sheet joints will be staggered. Repair work to the garage door jamb."
