Extremely efficient, but there was a breakdown in communication part way through the process, but this was eventually resolved to have a good outcome where extra work was done that went above and beyond what was quoted for. Mark moves quickly so future clients are advised to give a very clear, detailed description of their requirements right from initial contact stage. Jono who was the employee who did the job was very pleasant and helpful.
