The survey would need to include, all existing site information i.e. spot levels, house location, FFL’s, RL’s, drainage locations, trees, eave heights etc. Scope of proposed works: This is relatively a simple and small project = Alterations & Addition to existing residential dwelling – Building Consent documentation required. Please find attached existing floor plan and proposed conceptual floor plan – both provided by client. The attached should assist in outlining scope of proposed works further.
