Boundary Survey

We are planning to build a boundary fence and the neighbour has put the boundary into dispute. There is an existing peg which we assume marks the boundary. We want to confirm where the boundary is for one side of our property exactly so that we can decide on whether to go to the disputes tribunal to build on the boundary or whether to build just inside the boundary line.
