Referral to a client subdividing their section which is suitable for a small house build

Hello geotechnical surveyors. This is an odd request. I'm wondering if you would be willing to pass on my contact details to people who are subdividing their sections. I'm looking for a section suitable to build a small one bedroom home (approximately 60sqm) but this is proving next to impossible to find. Could you help? I can give you a bunch of business cards to pass on to any clients that you think might be interested in a direct buyer with immediately available funds. Obviously I can't expect to get something for nothing, so I would be pleased to offer a financial incentive for your referral to the section I buy. Section wish list : * a small to medium sized section * very reasonably priced (under $200,000) * suitable to build one or two bedroom home of approximately 60m2 (i.e. no minimum size covenant on it or one that allows for small builds) * in the Nelson area or within 30 minutes drive of it * reasonably flat or rolling hills * north facing with plenty of all day sun, all year round * bonus if it has established fruit trees on it * could be rural or suburban
