Geotechnical engineering report for residential house

Hello. I need a Geotech engineering report for a building consent. This is for a lightweight house sitting on piles and bearers and one small concrete slab. There is also a retaining wall 1.5 m deep. The job needs a quote and the owner is wanting to get it done as soon as possible please.
