Mark out exact location relocated home needs to go

Hi, I have a relocated house on temporary foundations in backyard of site. RC, EPA and BC have been approved. I need to engage a surveyor to check the position of the building is correct, mark out the correct location & provide a copy of the survey certificate. I also need to accurately mark out the drain beside the building & need proof accordingly.
