Full Application for sub-division of back section. I have found a house to be located on the back section. It needs to be removed by the 19th may at this stage.I have asked for a possisible extension on this date,( Waiting on a reply).I have also approuched Chris Jensen(sub Divisions), at the Kawerau council,He wants the intiall application from a surveyor. I am happy to purchase and have the property placed on my section un- piled untill the full application is done, I just need the intial yes or no for sub-divideing.
