Qualified structural engineer required. We are removing an internal wall framing in one of the rooms in our house and I need to know if it is structural/load bearing or not. I believe it was once an external wall before an extension decades ago (no records found for this) I have stripped the wall so the framing is accessible/viewable. Possible additional work available for other wall assessments.
