Survey the contour and levels of flat grass area

We want to build a small new house on vacant land. We need to have more accurate topographic information than the generalisation freely available from council. The build is less than 100sqm. The survey area would need to be bigger than that - say up to 300sqm. Ideally we need the info within two weeks.
