Calling all recent graduate or semi-retired licensed surveyors! This could be the little job for you... Our job is to survey the site on our section where a small building is being relocated to. The footprint is roughly double a standard car port. All you need to do is determine the boundary between us and our neighbours, and set out the angles for the digger. That's it, that's the job! We already have the necessary consents for the relocation, all the engineering is done. The building is a former school dental block which will serve as an art studio (i.e. not a dwelling). It's going to have decking added around it and a retaining wall behind it. We're struggling to get a surveyor to do this as they are all tied up with big construction projects. If you know of someone who might be able to do it, please tell your mates. We can offer home baking along with the normal payment. We do good biscuits, just ask our painters :-)
