Kitchen reno

Wanting to start planning my kitchen reno. I have a beam in existing kitchen and wanting to know if I can do anything else with it (and if two smaller beams are load bearing or cosmetic). I also want to remove two walls to make it more open plan, and take out the existing window so more storage can be added. Also considering replacing existing French doors with stacking doors.
