report on building site for consent

I have a designated flat building site on the hill above Medway Rd near Hanmer. I want to build a small single story approx 100sqm bach on wooden piles with lightweight construction ( Board and batten and coloursteel roof.) I need an assessment to submit to council for a building consent.
