Could we remove a wall

We would like to remove the internal wall between the toilet and the shower to create a bigger bathroom and need a structural engineer to advise on two aspects 1) whether the wall is structural 2) whether it is adding to the bracing element of the house. We have been into the roof space to look and believe the wall is not structural.
