I need a geotechnical report carried on a vacant 1900m2 parcel of land in Bridge Pa, Hastings. We are looking to develop the block and build a residential dwelling and need a geotechnical report to accompany the relevant Council applications for building/resource consent. At this stage we are hoping to have the geotechnical report completed within the next 6 weeks.
