Embedding depth for retaining wall

Plan is to put a retaining wall along a boundary. 35 mtrs long, height zero to 1.5m then tapering back to zero. Needs to be engineer planned: he needs a report to calculate the depth of embedment. Haven’t a clue as to cost for this.
